Jo Nagasaka’s SCHEMATA ARCHITECTS is hiring architect & designer and management staff (April 2021 start).

RESPONSIBILITIES

1）Architect & Designer

Furniture design and design management, Interior design and design management, Residenicial design and design management

2）Management Staff

This role is responsible for the overall operation of the office, including PR, general affairs, and secretary.

QUALIFICATIONS

1）Architect & Designer

［Experienced architect & designer］

Fluency in written and spoken Japanese in required.

3+ years of architectural & interior design and design management experience

Familiarity with Vectorworks is a plus.

Having an architect liscence is a plus.

Fluency in written and spoken English is a plus.

Monthly salary: JPY 250,000 - 400,000 *depending on skill & experience

［Junior level: New graduates and less than 3 years experience］

Fluency in written and spoken Japanese in required.

A bachelor degree in Architecture or Art from a university or technical school is required. Familiarity with Vectorworks, SketchUp, Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel and excellent design skill are required.

Monthly salary: JPY 180,000 - 250,000 *depending on skill & experience

2）Management Staff

Fluency in written and spoken Japanese and Business level English is required.

We look forward to hearing from people who have an understanding and knowledge of design, who love designing for schema architecture projects, and who can work long-term and create a great working environment.We would welcome candidates with previous experience in a design studio, as well as those with management experience in other industries, and those with no experience but a strong interest in the architecture industry.

Monthly salary: JPY 200,000 - *depending on skill & experience

NOTES:

Bonus: once or twice a year.(In these 6 years, paid twice a year )
